After 35+ years working with shopping centers, office buildings, land development, and entitlement processing as a broker in Washington and California, I moved to a retirement community in the West Valley of Phoenix, AZ and received my Arizona Broker’s license in 2007. I love living in Sun City West. Deciding to work “in my own backyard I retrained in Residential Sales in 2011 and now serve the community I live in plus other senior communities in this area. I love working with people finding that perfect home. My previous knowledge and experience in real estate assists me with the due diligence review and legal contract issues for my customers. Here in Sun City West, I have served the community as President and other officer positions in the SCW Singles Group for the past 11 years as well as a long term board member of the Community Fund of SCW helping members remain in their homes when money ran short.
