My name is Marilyn Emery, an Agent for Award Realty. I grew up in Portland, Oregon and relocated to Arizona for the SUNSHINE!! I am blessed with 2 wonderful children, 5 amazing grandchildren, and 3 incredible great-grandchildren. When I am not working, I enjoy traveling, swimming and reading. I became a Real Estate Agent because I LOVE helping people. It’s very enjoyable to help my Clients transition seamlessly with their real estate transactions, whether finding their “just right” home or selling their current home so they can move onto another chapter of their life. It is very gratifying for me to see the excitement and satisfying look on my client’s face when the transaction is complete. Buying or selling a property is a major life decision. There are several things to consider when looking for a Real Estate Company to align yourself with, such as, how long have they been in business, are they well established in the community/city, are the current agents satisfied, and one of importance to me is who the Broker is along with the Designated Broker/Office Manager. In my opinion the Broker, Designated Broker/Office Manager needs to be extremely knowledgeable with the day to day processes of the Real Estate contracts, and be available to the agents. These are binding contracts of the buyers and sellers involved, so accuracy is immensely important. This is why I am proud to align myself with AWARD REALTY.
