Lyle Lavine

Hello, my name is Lyle and I am from Burlington, Iowa. I was transferred to Arizona in 1974 by my employer, ServiceMaster. My wife and I will be married 60 years in June of this year. We are blessed with 3 children, 7 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren. In my free time, I enjoy golfing and fishing. My wife obtained her Real Estate license in 1983, so when I left my job, I decided to join her and we formed a team. I enjoy discussing real estate with people who do not know the ins and outs of real estate and helping them with one of the biggest, if not the biggest decision of their lives – the purchase of a home. Once formerly called a “sales person,” Real Estate Agents are more of an educator of the real estate market because if someone has not sold or purchased a home in the last 20 years, they are in for a big surprise as to all of the regulations and forms in today’s market. I try to get to know my Clients first before we get into the transaction; some of their personal hobbies, likes, dislikes, and what they are trying to accomplish with the purchase of a new property or sale of their present property.
