We love working as a team! We have been Realtors here in AZ since 2018. Gerald was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. Later moved to Upland California. He retired from the United States Postal Service after 42 years. I, Paula, grew up in Phoenix AZ. Went all through school in the Creighton School District. Graduated from Camelback High School. Then shortly thereafter moved to California. I taught school for a few years at a small Christian school. In 2010, I decided to get my Real Estate License. After 35 years away from Arizona - I came back and brought my husband! I guess I was waiting to be old enough to live in Sun City! My parents have lived in Sun City since 1991. I am happy and proud to be a 2nd generation Sun Citian! Gerald & I decided to both get our Real Estate License, and it is great being a team! Gerald, a life time runner, has only recently stopped due to a health issue. He now walks, and rides a 3 wheel bike - sporting an American flag. Perhaps you have seen him?! I am a new runner only since 2012. For both of us running and physical activity has taught us self- discipline. Real Estate is a process and must be done completely and thoroughly, just like running, there are no short cuts. A Realtor also has to be motivated to keep up to date with all there is to know in Real Estate. Self-discipline is key. We are full time Realtors, and we always answer our phones! We also love to dance. We belong to two dance clubs. We listen to the music when we dance and we listen to our clients. Everyone has their own unique needs and wants in Real Estate. A good Realtor must listen! And not just whip out the same dance move for every client and expect it to work. Listening is key to having successful and happy clients!
