Wes Waddle
Dr. Wes Waddle brings more than 30 years of experience across real estate and finance to his work with clients. An Arizona Department of Real Estate–approved instructor, he teaches Contract Law, Real Estate Legal Issues, and the National Code of Ethics, bringing a strong foundation of knowledge and education to every aspect of the real estate process.
Wes is also an author, college instructor, Certified Mortgage Banker, Certified Flight Instructor, and longtime member of the Civil Air Patrol. His professional background reflects a lifelong commitment to learning, leadership, and helping others build the knowledge needed to pursue their goals.
Dr. Waddle holds a B.S. in Secondary Education, a Master of Theology, and a Doctorate in Religious Studies. He is also a licensed and ordained chaplain in Arizona.
Outside of his professional and educational work, Wes is a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He and his wife, Mary, a retired Algebra teacher, have three children and six grandchildren.
Guided by his personal mission to inspire and motivate others to learn what they need to fulfill their dreams, Wes brings experience, perspective, and a genuine commitment to serving others to his work in real estate.
