What’s the Arizona buzz about? In the past decade, this Southwest state has come up in the ranks as the “hot” spot to move for not only retirees but families and professionals of all ages. When people think of Arizona the Grand Canyon usually comes to mind. While the Grand Canyon offers amazing views, camping, hiking, sightseeing, tours and attractions there is no shortage of other beautiful sights and activities in the great state of Arizona. The Grand Canyon is just the beginning!
Many people flock to Arizona because of its beautiful natural terrain, access to mountains (yes, Arizona even has a ski season!), desert sunsets and abundance of outdoor activity options. Visit one of the state’s many national parks and monuments. Admire the beautiful red rock formations, caverns and valleys. The best part is that these activities can be enjoyed every month of the year so no sitting out a round of golf or a desert hike due to snow or frigid temperatures. Those days are behind you!

If you’ve ever lived in the Northeast or places like California, then you’ll definitely consider home prices as a significant reason to flock to Arizona.
